Dividend Policy
It is Subsea7’s objective to give its shareholders a competitive return on their invested capital. The return is to be achieved through a combination of dividend payments, share repurchases and an increase in the value of the Company’s shares over time through disciplined investment in value-adding growth opportunities. The Board of Directors will determine the amount to be returned through dividend and share repurchases each year, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM.
