Dividend Policy
As announced on 25 November 2025 at the Capital Markets Day, we updated our distribution policy. We aim for an ordinary distribution up to 100% of reported net profit, after deduction of AT1 coupon payments and minority interests. Ordinary distributions will be in the form of a combination of cash dividend and share buybacks (subject to regulatory approval), with at least 50% of reported net profit distributed in the form of cash dividend. Interim dividends will be considered at 40% of the reported H1 net profit, provided profit is expected to be sustainable throughout the year, at the discretion of the Board. Any distribution of dividend remains discretionary, and ABN AMRO may propose deviations from the above policy.
