Dividend Policy
In 2026, the Board adopted a dividend policy which formalised the existing approach to dividend payments. The dividend policy provides that the Board is committed to paying a sustainable cash dividend to its shareholders, while retaining the flexibility to invest and grow the business. The Board decides the level of any dividend based on several factors including, but not limited to, capital adequacy and regulatory requirements, profitability and earnings and macroeconomic and credit conditions.
