Dividend Policy
For financial year 2026 and subsequent years, the bank targets a payout ratio of 60% of net income attributable to Deutsche Bank shareholders, delivered through a combination of cash dividends and share buybacks. Starting with financial year 2026, Deutsche Bank aims for modest but continuous growth in dividend per share, relative to the 50% per annum growth over the past four years. Furthermore, the bank sees scope to deploy and distribute excess capital when the CET1 capital ratio is sustainably above 14%. These distributions to shareholders are subject to corporate decisions, shareholder authorization and German corporate law requirements, and in the case of share buybacks supervisory approval.
