Dividend Policy
Die Bechtle AG plant, ihre Aktionärinnen und Aktionäre auch weiterhin mit einer attraktiven Dividende am Unternehmenserfolg teilhaben zu lassen. Die Dividendenpolitik orientiert sich dabei in erster Linie an der Ertrags- und Liquiditätssituation des Konzerns und sieht eine Ausschüttungsquote von etwa einem Drittel des Ergebnisses nach Steuern vor. Der aktuelle Dividendenvorschlag für das Geschäftsjahr 2024 von 0,70 € je Aktie entspricht einer Quote von 35,9 %. Sie liegt damit etwas über der Linie unserer langjährigen Dividendenstrategie und auch über dem Vorjahr (33,2 %). Grundsätzliche Änderungen in der Dividendenpolitik des Unternehmens sind nicht geplant.
