The Amcor Board of Directors intends to declare dividends on a quarterly basis. Dividends are declared in US Dollars and a conversion is provided into AU Dollars. Holders of Amcor's ordinary shares trading on the NYSE will be paid in US Dollars. Holders of CDIs trading on the ASX will receive their dividends in AU Dollars. Amcor does not currently have a Dividend Reinvestment Plan in place.
