The Board strives to identify and pursue clear business goals and strategies for the Company, to assess and manage the risks associated with these, and to maintain an equity capital and liquidity position which are sufficient to match the same. Under the Bye-laws, the Board may declare dividends and cash distributions without the approval of the shareholders in general meetings. This differs from the recommendation in the Code.
